It would be excellent if in FME Server's web interface we could upload our custom grid shift files, and FME Server would handle placing the files in the multiple locations required to support CSMapReprojector and ESRIReprojector (and any other of reprojector configuration)

I'd say it's not just FME Server that needs an easier way of handling grid shift files. Also in FME Desktop the way you have to do it right now doesn't feel right. You have to et into your installation files and then override an existing grid shift file and you can't specify a grid file for a specific transformer or even workspace. It's all done at the FME Workbench level, and all settings are done at a user level. Setting this up in FME Server feels even more wrong. It would be much easier to be able to specify the grid shift file in the CSMapReprojector directly that you could also set up to read from a file in your FME Server when publishing it.
