For those that authored a Workspace the Parameters may seem straight forward. However, when a Workspace is published to FME Server for varying parties to use, it would be of great use to be able to apply a Parameter Description/Tool Tip. The description could be placed under the selection/input window for the parameter and/or a Tool Tip of the description could be displayed when the mouse pointer is hovered over the Parameter.

One option would be to restrict it to Server apps, and not get Workbench involved at all. Might be easier to do.
