FME Server attach log should not be an all or nothing proposition

Currently you can control whether or not to include the log file in a notification email by setting the ATTACH_TRANSFORMATION_LOG=true|false property of the relevant WEB-INF/

conf/propertiesFile.properties file. But this applies to the service (JobSubmitter|DataDownload) as a whole.

In many cases I want to attach the log file only for a failure, or only for certain subscriptions.
