FeatureWriter - Update FeatureTypes and expand attributes

Hi,

I really like the FeatureWriter Transformer but I think there are two important features that are currently missing:

Update the feature types (as it is possible for normal writers)
Allow to expand the attribute list of the feature types to check the attribute mapping

I just discovered this and am amazed that there's no easy way to update a FeatureWriter feature schema (e.g. from an updated DB table definition).

Also, being able to expand a FeatureWriter input port and see the connected attributes is a key missing feature.

*bump* Still no update on this?

This Idea is now 5 years old and the FeatureWriter transformer still doesn't have basic capabilities of the standard Writer....
