Original Title was: Expose FME Excel Writer attributes to control behaviour of image placement wrt cell size


As has been confirmed the Excel writer does not expose attributes to control the behavior and placement of image placement wrt cell size. Such an attribute in Excel i.e. xlMove (exposed by VBA, and in the user interface) is used to control the behavior of the image.

This would be useful to have as default behavior in the writer.
