I'd like it to be easier to find a certain workspace published on the FME Server. There's a search function on the fmeserver/repositories, but it does not search the workspaces, just the repo name...

Please extend the search to include all the containing workspace names too.

In a large FME Server installation it can be hard to track down workspaces to find which repository they're stored in. Being able to search all repositories from the main Workspaces page would be greatly helpful. Wildcard searching would be even better.

Yeah, even if you get hits on folders that are locked for general use, and are only accessible for privileged users, much would be gained if you at least could see what Workbenches were involved so you could ask those who had access questions and things of that nature. We are writing 2022 now and nothing has happened in five years. I think this is too hard for people to grasp if they only have a handful of Workbenches to worry about. For us, where I work, we have hundreds stored in various folders, made by several people. Sometimes you need to spend hours downloading and checking various files before you find what you are looking for.

We are at a point where we are figuring that maybe using FME to interrogate the API for information and run that as a daily routine, could perhaps alleviate some of the frustrating GUI in FME Server. But should we really have to?

Slightly unrelated to the original post but..... searching / sorting / filtering capability throughout the FME Server interface is one of its weakest aspects and could do with a complete overhaul.

There's no reason why a modern web app shouldn't allow for sorting / filtering on any column in a table view.

End users should not have to resort to building custom solutions using the REST API for simple UI tasks.
