Hi @nono, you can select embed connection when specifying a connection in the transformer. However, there isn't a way to set the connection to be embed from the Navigator.

Hi @nono, there is an existing problem report for this feature to be added to FME so I've added your idea page onto it. Once we implement it, this idea will be updated to let you know.
