Documentation Improvement: Known Issues in FME should be listed in all versions where they are present

Hi there,

The known issues pages (e.g. https://support.safe.com/hc/en-us/articles/25407724250509-Known-Issues-in-FME-2024-x) only list new issues that are discovered in that version.  Old issues from previous versions that are unresolved are hidden away in previous version pages. These pages should be cumulative, with the latest page listing all unresolved issues from previous versions as well as new ones.  This would be much easier for users to locate all current issues.
