Would you be able to clarify your question? As we do have a desktop application (multiple in fact), a self hosted version of FME and a cloud application.

FME Workbench – to build and run workflows

FME Data Inspector – for viewing and validating data

FME Quick Translator – for fast format conversions

We also offer web applications via:

FME Flow (self-hosted)

FME Flow Hosted (cloud-based FME Flow managed by Safe Software)

Given that we already provide both desktop and web-based applications, your question may be asking about something different. Since there hasn’t been a follow-up in over two weeks, we’ll go ahead and close this idea for now.
