I would like to see the option to completely remove an account from the knowledge center. I (accidentily) have three accounts and only want to keep one. But the one I want to keep should get the mail account from one of the two accounts that should be removed.

AnswerHub, who provides the back-end of the FME Knowledge Center, doesn't allow us to delete user accounts. We can only deactivate accounts.
Editing email addresses is also not possible by the user. If you would like to keep a specific email address to use with the Knowledge Center, please let me know the user name of the account you would like to keep, as well as the email address you would like it to be associated with it and I can see if there is anything we can do. If you prefer you can share this information in a private comment, to you and moderators

I forget who I worked with, but I have a similar issue where I got my daily emails updated to go to my new address, but my profile and my login still reflect my old address.

I have registered in FME Knowledge Centre using my gmail account. Now I want to change my profile name as it is showing my gmail account over there. I tried everything from my side but didn't find anything to change my profile name. Can you just help me into this?
If I deactivate my current account, can I use the same gmail account to create another account? I didn't find deactivation link too.
