Surprised this isn't a thing... Would sure be nice to have @DateTimeFormat support epoch Milliseconds instead of pushing it out to seconds and then having to multiply that by 1000.

Especially as AGOL uses epoch milliseconds, it'd be extremely nice not to have to wrangle this every time
