If anyone is interested in this – it would help our Product Managers and Development Team if you can help define the requirements for this idea!There has been a considerable amount of work on Date-Time that is currently available in the latest release (FME 2017.1). This includes new transformers and functions that are accessible from the trusty Text Editor for attribute values.
