It's already been discussed a bit in the community, but without any result.
The Data Preview window and the Data Inspector should include a button to freeze the current extent. When switching between caches in the preview, this extent should be maintained, even if the displayed data covers a larger area. Currently, every time you switch data, the view jumps to its full extent, and you always have to tediously search for your target area manually again.
