- Provide an Admin user an interface to create a custom SHARED RESOURCE FOLDER that is parallel to the default Data folder (ex. not under the default Data folder).
- The Admin user can then create subfolders in the custom SHARED RESOURCE FOLDER and have control over each subfolder's access by roles/users.
