Custom HTTP Header for CouchDB

We need to read data from a CouchDB, the problem is that the server is secured by using JWT in HTTP-Headers and FME does not support custom HTTP-Headers for CouchDB (not that I know of anyway). It would be nice if it would be possible to add your own custom header to the reader/writer.
