EsriJSON Styler. Like KMLStyler etc. but for EsriJSON features. Adds a "symbol" property to the features based on: http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisserver/10.0/apis/rest/symbol.html

The current URL for symbols is:

However, you can also generate renderers for non-simple symbology, so it is quite a big topic.
Publishing to AGOL and Portal would benefit from symbol control.
