Ahh, OK, you use the "Auto Connect" feature of the "Feature Type Connections" thingy from View/Windows. Ref:

How would I auto wire-up this ACAD to CSV Reader/Writer combo?

If the output schema is the same, just select the reader feature types and right click > duplicate on Writer. That'll create duplicates, but join them up automatically (and then it's simple to delete the original ones using Tools > Remove Unattached).
Otherwise - as mentioned - use the Auto Connect option in the Feature Type Connections window.
