When you publish a workspace from FME Form, you can specify Flow topics to be notified on success or failure. And you can view this setting via Workspaces > [Repo] > [Workspace] > Advanced. Unfortunately it is read-only.
We should be able to change the setting here. That way one can have a different topic per environment. Re-publishing via FME Form is not an option when using Projects for repeatable deployments.
