***Note from Migration:***

Original Title was: Cleaning temp dir after closing FME, after running FME with full inspection mode.

FME use the temp dir, to store the full inspection files, after a while FME left hundreds of files behind til you have no space left on your disk.

Or maybe have a purge temp files option in the option menu.

We should be cleaning up after each run -- we'll do some testing here.

I noticed that full inspection is getting slower over time. It actually gets so bad, that the data does not show up anymore in the inspector. With slowness I mean the time between clicking on a count on a connection until the data actually shows in the inspector. This can take a minute or two sometimes, even if it's just 50 features. I'm still using FME 2015, haven't yet tested this with 2016.

Especially since Feature Cashing in 2018 version, I work with large datasets and within 3 weeks my temp folder is 149GB
