I can confirm it is technically possible to do this. Please vote early and vote often and we'll make the case to prioritize it.

I've just run into the need to be able to do this as well, have we had any movement on this?


Hey!

Has there been any movement on this feature yet? This would be extremely useful to be able to add custom attributes and then extract this and load into a GIS or asset management and skip out as much manual handling of attribute and metadata to CAD models etc.

I'm happy to report that this is now available in FME 2019.1 and newer! You can find support for Civil 3D property sets in the latest official version here. Please let us know what you think about it, happy FME'ing!
