Change Knowledge Center defaults

The default Knowledge Center setup is "All", which apparently only shows "Articles".

I seem to remember when "All" was "Questions" + "Ideas" only.

As it is now, "All" is completely useless. Please consider changing it back to Questions+Ideas.

And articles look like they are being timestamp-updated daily. This is not beneficial.

Hi @lifalin2016. Thank you for the feedback. I'm not 100% sure I understand which Knowledge Center page you are referring to. In Knowledge Center search result page, the "All" default does seem show Questions + Ideas + Articles, for me. And also which articles did you notice are being timestamp-updated daily?

 

Would you mind adding some screenshots to show us what you mean for both of the issues above? Thank you very much!

Hi @lifalin2016, Can you tell me what steps you took to get to this page? My colleagues and I can't reproduce the same result you see. Do you see the expected/desired result if you click on this link?

Well, this is interesting. Your link works fine, but when I land on the very same page (same url), using my normal login, it looks very different. I have a bookmark to my profile page, because I usually need to login, and from there (after Google-login) I just select Spaces/FME Desktop.

 

The first tab is your link, the second tab is my login.

It looks like it's profile dependent somehow. I'm using Google for login, as described. Does that make a difference ?

Ah, Thanks for letting us know the behavior only appears when you are logged in. Now we are able to reproduce the problem. It is very odd, indeed. We will investigate, and update you, as soon as we find out something.
