Original Title was: Bentley MicroStation Design (V8) writer having the ability to create cells with annotation scale


I'm having to do additional processing in MicroStation using cell replacement and replacing with a cell that has annotation scale setting because the cell output in FME doesn't have the ability to use/set the annotation scale.

Steve is spot on with this idea. Adds post processing to MicroStation and can involve longer clean runtimes for the MicroStation side if the cell(s) holds tag values. Being able to set the annotation property would be a great addition to FME.

Also, the annotation property needs to be added to the DGN text write process as well.
