Azimuth/Cartesian Angle Converter

It would be nice to have a transformer that converts attributes from Cartesian angle, measures counter-clockwise from the positive x-axis, and Azimuth, measured clockwise from the positive y-axis (ie North), and back.

Or possibly even a generic specify axis and direction of rotation for source and destination.
