Currently available in the latest beta of FME Server 2019.0 is an exciting new feature called Automations! This has the opportunity to revolutionize the way we have configured Notifications (Publications, Subscription, Topics) in FME Server!
Featuring a simple drag-and-drop interface, you can create notification workflows and chain events together. I encourage everyone to check this out!
Note: As this is a beta feature, please understand that functionality and appearance is subject to change as the product evolves.

Please note that this feature is not available in FME Server 2018.x – it is currently available for testing in the FME Server 2019.0 Betas. Please monitor safe.com/beta for the release of these installers.

Is this feature available yet? in version FME Server 2018.1 - Build 18520 - win64
If yes, how do I 'enable' / ' activate' it?

If you are able to test out the 2019.0 Beta it would great to get your feedback! The feature is currently undergoing a lot of development activity, so you might be best advised to wait another few weeks to ensure the best experience.
