Automatic short tome license borrowing to protect against network outage

Automatic license borrowing for a short time, eg. a couple of hour would save the frustration when network connection/VPN intermittently becomes unavailable and not being able to work.

The current license borrowing requires active involvement of borrowing the license and pass it back.

There are other software also based on flexlm which borrows the license by default and automatically checks it back in when the client closes normally. If the communication is not restored, the borrowing expires after a short time, so the license is available again.
