The ArcGIS Earth Automation API is a simple way to visualize 3D data dynamically.

It is still in active development, now is a good time to provide input on functionality you want. I'm picturing supporting 3D point input with camera, flight and graphics modes so that Earth users can 'subscribe' to dynamic content coming from FME.
