Allow Measure value swap in coordinateswapper

I have a problem where I need to produce an accurate grade line as a band over a Straight Line Diagram from some 4D (X,Y,Z,M) spatial data. It would be really useful if I could use the CoordinateSwapper to do a Y <-> Z and X <-> M coordinate swap. This would allow me to use the common processing tools to smooth my grade line.
