Allow for more customization of Directory Watch Polling Interval in FME Flow Automations

I propose that more options be added to the Polling Interval for a Directory Watch Trigger:

1. Allow for the Trigger to check only the hours of Mon - Fri 8a to 5p, or Sat & Sun only, for example.
2. I will suggest adding CRON Expressions if that will achieve what I suggest in #1.
