FME Server Automations provide the ability to set most workspace parameters via Global Keys but date/time parameter values are not supported. There is no option to select a Global Key as a value for workspace date/time parameters and the parameter value must be set individually for each workspace in the automation.
Please add support for date/time values as Global Keys in FME Server Automations.
