Allow Customization of the Style for Disabled Connections

We already have the ability to set up and modify default connection styles and set unique styles for individual connections when they are enabled but, particularly in complex workspaces, it can be hard to identify connections that have been turned off. It would be a huge help in some cases to be able to set our disabled connections to be a different color so they stand out the same way that we can with active connections.
