Align the FME Flow database default user name

In the installation wizard of FME Flow(2023.0, and still in 2023.2.1), you are prompted the default database username “fmeflow”, but in the installation script’s for the SQL server database, the default username is “fmeserver”. 

I suggest there would be nice with an alignment here.
