In FME cloud/server it would be great to have a trigger event for an AGOL directory watch. So if a feature service is modified it would trigger an FME script to run.

Hi @oshkosh_gis, thank you for submitting this idea! This isn't on our roadmap right now, and it's one of the first requests we have received for it. We will definitely keep our eye on it.
I'll note that the idea to support Webhooks in ArcGIS Online has been posted to the Esri Community pages. You may consider also supporting that idea if it could help your workflow.
