Add Writer PRE and POST SQL methods to the canvas to increase visibility

At the moment you can add PRE- and POST-sql task to Oracle (Spatial) writer only in the Navigator tree. Fine, but misleading, when you should see those probably important tasks/transformations on the canvas (too) !
