Original Title was: Add support for environments in the ProjectWiseWSGConnector to grab custom extended attributes


As a ProjectWise user, I'd love to be able to get environments from ProjectWise, such as custom attribute data or other metadata like descriptions, so that I can read in all the information into FME. Right now, I get a common set of attributes but it would be great to read it all! What kinds of environments are you looking to read in Bentley ProjectWise?
