Add the functionality of the Sorter Transformer right into the AttributeManger so while setting up the final table structure the data can be sorted. The AttributeManager already performs functions covered by other transformers like the AttributeRenamer, AttributeRemover and ExpressionEvaluator so why not include the Sorter in this list.
