Add Schlumberger Petrel Reader and Writer

There is a constant requirement to have data from ESRI ArcSDE, ArcMap and File Geodatabase made available to Schlumberger Petrel software. This is not the easiest of tasks. It would be good if FME could read ESRI data sources and convert them into a format suitable for Petrel.

Likewise, it would be nice to read Petrel data sources and have them made available in the ESRI environment

Need to consider also accessing result-data held in Petrel Studio database. Interpreted geological horizons, faults and well paths for instanse are held as blobs in the database. When not published to Studio DB they are held within the Petrel projects.

@Nojo, definitely need this to be bi-directional. @vbrekke, good list of Petrel Studio objects managed as blobs, but will interpreting the blob require development of FME Reader/Writer have access to some Petrel DB API?
