The BoxConnector, currently available in FME 2017.0 Beta, allows users to easily download files from their Box.com account. According to the Box.com API, there is support to download a specific range of bytes for the file: https://docs.box.com/reference#download-a-file
This can be achieved by specifying Range as a Header in the HTTPCaller,
