When taking an input list and turning it into a concatenated attribute of strings, it would be nice to be able put ' or " in as prefix/suffix values to fully wrap the string rather than having to throw in an attributemanager to add apostrophes ' or quotes " to the start and end of line. Useful when crafting WHERE clauses for stuff like WHERE blah IN ('listval1','listval2','lv3') or serverjobsubmitter value lists where the string must be like ""listval1","listval2","lv3","lv4"".
