Hi @erik_jan Great suggestion, and we do have plans to address this! The plan is to make the Refine Search dialogue appear everywhere, instead of the behaviour now where it only appears after you've done a keyword search. Once this is implemented, when you click on Ideas, you can then refine further by Author.

+7It would also be nice to show an "Ideas" link on everybody's profile page (next to the number of answers, comments, questions etc.). This would actually be quicker then typing in a search query.

Looks like this has been implemented. But when I enter my user name in the Authored by field, I get an empty list.
I am sure I posted a few ideas, like this one.

Any solutions for the issue that users with an "_" in the name (like erik_jan) can not use this functionality?

Can the issue with usernames containing an "_" really not be solved?
I had to scan 45 pages to find this idea.

Hi @erik_jan. The issue appears to affect only certain users (so far seems to be an issue if there is an underscore in the username). I am investigating and hopefully the issue is fixable.

Hi @erik_jan. The issue filtering ideas by username when the username contains an underscore ("_") has been resolved. Please let me know when you noticed anything else!

It just took me 15 minutes to find this (my own posted) idea on page 89 of the Knowledge Center.
I sure miss the search by User option!
