Add option to 'Completely Remove' FME during uninstall

This would remove all the extra data (in default locations) that get created by the software. On Windows there are lots of places where FME seems to store files, and manually finding these is time consuming.

This is particularly useful if the wrong version of FME Workbench was installed (e.g., 64 bit vs 32 bit) and it is necessary to install a different version.

I couldn't count how many times I've uninstalled and reinstalled FME Desktop/Server .. Though sometimes I prefer to have multiple installs of FME Desktop. I wonder what would happen in that scenario? Would data from all installations be removed?
