Similar to the referenced/unreferenced output ports of the featuremerger.

That's right,

Why it doesn't have that port so far though?

I need to use it in my workspace.

A workaround for you would be to send the UnmatchedCandidates from the neighborFinder along with all the all the original Candidates to a Matcher, and the NoMatched port would be those candidates that were matched in the NeighborFinder.
