Add "Linear Referencing" to the standard FME Hub Categories

Linear Referencing is in its unique category I believe and deserve to have its own separate hub category.

That's a tough one. Hub categories match what we have in Workbench, so adding it to the hub we ought to add it to Workbench as well. That's not something we'd do lightly, since we cut back on the number of categories there to help reduce confusion.

One solution is to have sub-categories on the hub (eg Geometries > Linear Referencing). That would need some hub reconfiguration, but I think it's the best solution.
