Add "Changelog" on top of every transformer description

When choosing help on a transformer - for instance GeographicBufferer the following page opens:

http://docs.safe.com/fme/2018.0/html/FME_Desktop_Documentation/FME_Transformers/Transformers/geographicbufferer.htm

Right under the description it should show the changelog for that transformer. Right now you need to have an old transformer - then choose upgrade and then see the changelog to be aware of the changes. There is no easy way to see the changes done to a transformer, or have i missed something?
