Problem

Organizations with many Workspace Apps quickly accumulate dozens or hundreds of apps across repositories and projects. The current Workspace Apps management interface lacks sufficient filtering capabilities, making it difficult to find specific apps or maintain a clear overview.

Proposed Enhancement

Add additional filter options to the Workspace Apps page, including:

  • Repository
  • Enabled / Disabled status
  • Tags (similar to Schedules)
  • Owner
  • Creation date
  • Last modified date

Example Use Case

At my client, Workspace Apps are used by different teams and projects. Administrators often need to identify:

  • Disabled apps that can be cleaned up
  • Apps belonging to specific repositories
  • Apps associated with a specific project or environment

Without filtering, manual review becomes time-consuming and error-prone.

Benefits

  • Improved administration of large Flow environments
  • Faster application lifecycle management
  • Easier governance and cleanup activities
  • Consistent filtering experience across FME Flow components
