Also add the ability to pause a large job, check for other jobs and run small jobs and then resume the big job. The idea is that large jobs that take several hours does not "clog up" the system.

Actually it would be great if you could have an incoming job with an higher priority, automatically pause running jobs that have lower priority, run and once finished, restart pauzed jobs.

I would use such a feature if it were to be added, to avoid the need for a second engine.
