It is really handy to set multiple presets in 2019 and this makes life a lot easier but i'm missing the ability to share these settings/presets with my colleagues. I would really love to see an export/import button or even a linked button so when changing some of the settings in the given preset it also changes everywhere else.

I never used Presets before till I recently made a workspace with quite a few Translation Parameters. So I thought to made some Presets and told my colleague to use them. I was surprised to hear he couldn't see them. It makes so much more sense that presets are on the level of the workspace and not of the user. I would suggest adding a Workspace Presets option.

Surprised to find out this is not possible or hackable in any way. Which means if you switch to another workstation, you lose all your presets. I would consider the abillity to export these out to be quite important, or moving this data into the workspace definition (would need per-user settings I suspect as well). I have only used this functionality sparingly and just looked on how I can migrate these to a new machine after seeing this question asked during a recent FME Form Advanced training session (FME Academy by
