In FME Server 2016 a new licensing model was introduced and FME Server no longer uses the FlexLM Server but rather this is all configured through the Web UI (https://community.safe.com/s/article/moving-to-the-fme-server-2016-licensing-model).
To find out when your license expires in the FME Server Web UI go to Manage > Administration > Engine & Licensing:
You also mention a floating license, this is used with the FME Desktop, not the Server product, were you also looking for information on how to check this expiry date?
