I'm sorry the community has been a little quiet about your question. Since Veremes created the custom transformer, they might be best suited to answer any questions you might have about it.

I haven't tried that custom transformer out but most custom transformers should be able to run on FME Server. Are you having difficulties running it on FME Server?
