It looks like there is some issue with your database.
What kind of install is this? Is it an express install? Do you have the database or the systems share distributed?
Some things you can check are:
- Check that port 7082 is open and available on your machine. More instructions can be found here
- Check that your DB password matches what you set during the installation. The password for the FME Server Database is stored in the fmeDatabaseConfig.txt configuration file.
- Make sure the database service is running under the local system account and not a user account.
