after installing the fme server 2020 , every time i try to open the fme server web interface an error shows on google chrome and it doesn't work. what could be the problem in this case and how can i solve it? thank you in advance

It could be an issue with Crome and / or the local DNS cache, have a look at the suggestions here:
https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-dns_probe_finished_nxdomain
If that doesn't help, try accessing FME Server using the IP address rather than the host name.
